YC13XX系列 (YC1308/1307/1306/...)
YC13XX是一款专为2400MHz ~ 2483.5Mhz ISM频段运行而设计的低功耗、高性能、集成蓝牙5.2BR+BLE+2.4G私有协议三模产品，内置32位MCU，96K位RAM和512位eFuse。
YC13XX支持蓝牙5.2的2Mbps，远距离和定位功能，并能通过HCI接口和其他MCU连接以实现更复杂的无线应用。
YC13XX支持多重协议设射频，+12dBm输出功率，-99dBm接受灵敏度，工作温度范围达-40度到+110度，特别适合灯控应用。
YC13XX内置USB，32位MCU，24MHz时钟，无需外接电容的LDO，支持1.7~5.5V的工作电压，特别适合成本敏感的MCU应用，如鼠标，玩具和即弃用形无线产品。
YC13XX有QFN4x4_32L , SOP16L, SOP8L & KGD等不同封装供您选择。
